It’s this shitty fucking upside down world we are living in right now where everything that should be, isn’t and everything that is wrong prevails. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tonight Trump is threatening to destroy a nation. That nation has put women and children in front of it’s power plants to protect them. The power plants, not the women and children. It’s a no win situation and as much as I’ve always admired his balls we are witnessing him losing it. Losing control of himself and acting like a madman. I actually wouldn’t give a flying if the whole of the Middle East was blasted to infinity and beyond but it’s looking like it’s going to crash the whole world economy which is probably why they haven’t been blown to smithereens before now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I keep reading that we are all getting 4 dustbins soon for different types of recycling. Who is paying for those fuckers and where exactly are we supposed to put them? Was the weirdo that came up with the idea on magic mushrooms and what about the nutjobs that agreed? How is it normal to implement such pointless things when the price of food is going through the roof? The very items we are supposed to fill them with. Of course the council house\/3+ kids lot will have the money and the room now Mohammed Starmer has abolished the cap again, innit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They are going to build another 72 houses on a plot of land down the road. That’s great we need more houses. But we also need the schools and doctors and dentists that go with the people that come with the 72 new houses and also 288 assorted dustbins. I worry about shit like this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The armed police were out to two separate incidents in Keighley this weekend. It’s becoming a regular thing. It’s quite reassuring in some ways, maybe not in others. Nobody in this town worries about a minor inconvenience like paying for parking, it has it’s upsides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anyway returning to my meltdown. A lady was selling four items together. I only wanted the one of them but figured the price was worth it. On opening the parcel there were only two of the four and of course the shirt I wanted was not one of them. Then it starts: the rigmarole, the snide accusations, the dealing with AI support, the taking of photographs that can hardly show proof in this digital day and age and the deja vue of this happening to me too many times now. This groundhog day of vinted and Inpost and Evri and the obvious fact that somewhere in the chain someone has opened the parcel, removed the two items they fancied, resealed and reprinted a label. Someone who works for Inpost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nothing works anymore. In the smallest little transactions you might make daily there will be someone trying to get something for nothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It’s knowing that, that makes me rage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
