The injustice of centuries is visceral. All those years I pointed out the fact that men were going about everything the wrong way. Then the years I relented and gave in. Learnt the ways to keep a man happy and the more I learnt the more they played at being the master. The breadwinner. The one that says how everything goes. Later the men who just played. Love bombing one day gaslighting the next. Making you feel stupid and a little mad. What names I could name. Weak men. Little insipid scroates of men. Now balding and old and fucking grotesque.
